Quality – our first priority

To proof that quality is important for our bus operator, in 2004 we introduced a quality management system according to ISO. In 2005 we obtained the European DIN ISO EN 9001:2008 certification, which has to be renewed every year.

This European norm for the quality management system is especially for companies, which want to increase their clients’ satisfaction. Important principles of the quality management are therefore customer orientation and continuous improvement.
